Reviewed the organization's existing style guide and developed platform specific optimizations tailored to the unique audience and algorithmic demands of each channel, with the goal of strengthening SEO performance and differentiating the RIAA's voice in an increasingly competitive digital landscape.
Community Engagement
Drafted a best practices proposal for online community engagement, outlining strategies to organically drive traffic and interaction directly to RIAA-owned content rather than ceding audience attention to third-party accounts.
Platform Overview
Conducted a comprehensive audit of all active social media pages under the RIAA brand, assessing each platform's performance and presenting a breakdown of strengths, weaknesses, and untapped opportunities to guide the organization's future content direction.


CountryCentral
Represented Country Central at a range of live music events, brand activations, and backstage interviews, including a songwriter round and media room at CMA Fest in Nashville, Greenville Country Music Fest, and St. Pete Country Fest. On the ground at some of country music's most prominent regional stages, the role required balancing real-time content creation with professional brand representation — connecting the organization's digital presence to the live experiences its audience cares most about.


CMA Fest 2026
Operated AV equipment for backstage interview sessions and represented the brand on the Close Up stage, greeting and engaging directly with artists and their teams throughout the duration of the event.
St Pete Country Fest 2025
Supported merchandise sales and operations within a private backstage performance area, gaining hands-on experience in live event logistics and brand activation at a professional level.
Ripken Baseball
Coordinated all front-end logistics for weekend-long youth baseball tournaments at Ripken Baseball, managing age verification, player registration, and check-in operations for events hosting up to 1,000 players, parents, and spectators. Also oversaw equipment setup, transport, and breakdown before and after each event, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
